このごろは”Ｔｈｅ　ＢＯＯＭ”の“島唄”を聞きながら
戦争のことを考えていました。
“島唄”って沖縄戦を唄ったものだなんて知らなかった。
ミュージシャン宮沢和史は天才だと再認識＼(◎o◎)／！
お盆ですね♪

札幌も来週17～19日までお盆休みです。
20日金曜日からまたスカッシュをしましょう♪
そして、それぞれの目標に備えましょう＼(◎o◎)／！

ちなみにクレアチンはすごいですよ！
「最近痩せたね」と言われるのは
たぶんクレアチンのせいです。
