連日の朝出勤により足がむくみまくりの坂口です(；´Д｀)

朝起きたら足裏が痛いΣ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ！

けど試合は今週末！練習をおろそかにするわけもいかず。

♨に行って風邪菌をもらってくるわけにもいかず・・・

とゆーことで、一番安全な自宅で花王のバ・ブ♪

炭酸ガス入りの入浴剤で温浴効果を高め、血行促進♪

半身浴で全体が温まるまで音楽聴きながらリラックス(●´ω｀●)

キモチす♨

明日は本番！今夜も半身浴で身体をほぐしてよいコンディションで挑みます(*’∀’)σ
