こんにちは。
札幌スタッフの池谷です。

最近学校の実習で食肉製品を作っています。
ソーセージ、ハム、生ハム、スモークチキン、･･･。
そして作ったものが手に入るので毎週食べてます。おいしいです。
今日はプレスハムとレバーソーセージを持ってきました。
好評のようなのでよかったです。

ゴールデンウィークに入って学校がお休みになりました。
この祝日にスカッシュ、趣味、レポート、･･･。思いっきり楽しみたいです。
