今日も夜はレッスンでした。寒いけどコートの中でボールを追えば自然と汗が出る!!それが気持ち良い<^!^>

だからやめられないスポーツ☆なのである（＾◇＾）

C3fitシリーズの水玉登場☆

これはふくらはぎ用ですが、アーム用や下半身タイツ用もあります。

私は下半身タイツで今日はレッスン!目立ちましたかね!?(゜-゜)

明日も赤ドットで登場します☆

１４時～１５時までのプライベートレッスン空いています☆
