マラソン疲れました(゜-゜)!!!!!
3週しか走ってない私…筋肉痛がない。
頑張ったのに(/_;)明日くるのもやだー!!!!!

そんなこんなで、今日はイベント★
ラリー4です＼(^^)／

今回のテーマはドロップ!!!!!!
4種類のラリー練習でドロップを打った後の動きを
みっちり練習しました(*^^)vたのしかったー!!!!!!
