姿勢

最近、パソコンをいじる仕事もするようになり、

仕事の幅が広がった水澤ですが、HOGUMIの

北澤先生に「猫背になってるよ」と言われてしまった(>_<)

「姿勢は悪くない」ってのが水澤の強みだったのですが、

それが崩壊しました(ーー;)

これからは姿勢よくデスクワークをこなすようにします。

姿勢が悪いと、身体のいろんなところに影響を及ぼしますからね。

みなさんも気をつけましょう（＾－＾）
