貝祭り

　皆様こんばんは、エスキューブ1魚介類を捌いている男、田山です

私の家には貝を開けるナイフ、魚の小骨を取るピンセットがあります。後は刺身包丁か出刃包丁が欲しいです

ここ３日連続でホッキ貝を捌いて食べています

昨日はホタテ貝4枚、ホッキ貝4個捌いて貝祭りを開催しました。

そろそろ体脂肪も減ってきたのでスカッシュの練習もぼちぼち始めていきたいと思います。

それでは練習にいってきますー
