週末まで暑い暑い、ゆーてたのが嘘のよう・・・

本日は、肌寒い(+_+)

なんか拍子抜けしますね。

ということで、汗かいたら着替えをこまめにしたほうが良さそうです！

体が一気に冷えますぞー!!!

この季節、体調管理、難しいですが体の事に気をつけてスカッシュを楽しみましょー(^^)/
